Shipping policy

We aim to post your items within 2-4 business days of your purchase. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped. 

 

Please allow a longer time frame for customised orders, we aim to post customised orders within 2-3 weeks (we will send an email to keep you updated). 

Once you've made your purchase with us, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You will receive another email once your item has been dispatched your order  will include your order details, order number, delivery address and a tracking number for the delivery company selected at checkout. Please check your spam folders, if an email has not been received please get in touch.
