At Odeur Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy (exceptions may apply). Please read the following guidelines carefully:

2. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

4. Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Please note that personalised or custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
